Started as a paper where I would just argue in favor of the class's position, but as I did research, I became convinced of the short sojourn position and thus made the argument to the best of my ability. There are other positive arguments for the short sojourn such as the presence of chariots and the argument that DeRouchie mentions that I briefly touched on, but I had to cut these out. Fun fact: the short-sojourn position is also the dominant position among the 16-17th century Reformed.
